About the Course
60 Days Strength Program
5 Workout Sessions per week (2x Lower Body, 2x Upper Body, 1x Metabolic Condition), 1 active Recovery and 1 Rest Day
This is my Progressive gym based strength program designed to make you stronger and fitter over the course of 8 weeks. I have designed this for experienced gym goers and for anyone who wants to drive their strength up.
The Strength focus is in the major lifts - Squats - Press and Deadlifts as well as including accessory work to increase total strength, leaving no weaknesses.
Each session includes Strength and a mixed modality Conditioning workout as well as some aerobic capacity conditioning sessions to get best results and better recovery to increase your overall work capacity.
This program is not for a total beginner, it is designed for some one with some good experience in the gym and someone who has solid knowledge of the movements.
To complete this program ideally you will have access to a Barbell, weights, Dumbbells and Kettlebells. Cardio machines are optional. You would be ok to complete the program with Dumbbells alone if you only have access to them.
